Orders by Institutions
Educational, faith and corrections institutions and libraries and similar organizations can order through this form for a 30% discount. Florida sales tax will be added to the order unless the organization submits a copy of a “tax-exempt status” form. These sales are not returnable.

Orders by Authors
Authors are authorized to purchase copies of their own books for personal use, gifting or promotions. Author’s price is at a 40% discount of retail price and sales are final (not returnable). Florida tax is applicable on author sales.

Orders by Educators
Teachers, professors, and professionals delivering organized courses can order through this form for a 25% discount. Florida sales tax will be added unless the educator submits a copy of the “tax-exempt status” form (that may be from the tax-exempt organization that is sponsoring the educator’s course). These sales are not returnable.

Orders by Retailers
Favorable discount rates for retailers are available through the Ingram Book Company, our strategic partner for distribution worldwide, or through this site. Book retailers who have not yet opened an account with Ingram Books can do so at https://getstarted.ingramcontent.com or by calling 1-800-937-8200. Retailers who prefer to order directly from the publisher may order from this format a 40% discount. Florida sales tax will be added to the order unless the retailer submits a copy of a “tax-exempt status” form. Books in new condition ordered by a retailer may be returned if unsold.
